Acknowledgment:

I, the undersigned, wish to reserve the above-described puppy. I understand that:

1. The full Sales Contract will be signed at the time of pickup.

2. The deposit is non-refundable unless the puppy is no longer available due to unforeseen

circumstances (e.g., health issues, puppy loss).

3. The puppy will only be held for me until the agreed pickup date (03/29/2026).

4. The deposit applies toward the total purchase price of the puppy.
